Explore the limitless world of STEM and crafts for free every first and third Thursday of the month at our exciting Talent Thursday in the inspiring spaces of Gemini Studios. Here, young people between the ages of 8 and 16 have the unique opportunity to unleash their creative potential through a variety of activities. From 3D printing and laser cutting to the exciting world of robotics, we offer a wide range of interactive workshops. In our open atmosphere, participants can not only develop craft and technical skills but also discover their passion for innovation and creativity.

Who can participate in Talent Thursday?

Talent Thursday is designed for young people interested in technology who want to explore various craft and digital areas. No prior knowledge is required—curiosity and a willingness to experiment are all that's needed!


Every first Talent Thursday is Girls Only, and every second Talent Thursday of the month is open to everyone. (See calendar below)

What topics and workshops are there?

Each Talent Thursday offers a variety of content from areas such as robotics, electrical engineering, 3D printing, wood and metalworking, coding, and more . Depending on the date, you can try out different workshops.

How can I register?

Registration is available via our website gemini.co.at or by email. Since the number of participants is limited, we recommend early registration.

How much does participation cost?

Thanks to the support of the City of Salzburg, participation in Talent Thursday is free of charge .

how the idea came about

Talent Thursday was born out of the conviction that young people should have the opportunity to discover and test their technical and craft skills in a practical environment . Many young people are unaware of the exciting careers and future prospects available in the fields of STEM, skilled trades, and digital manufacturing —this is precisely where we come in.

Our goal is to spark curiosity, foster talent, and enable hands-on learning . This isn't just about operating machines or understanding technical processes, but also about creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork . Thanks to the support of the City of Salzburg , we can offer this free program and thus open up new paths and opportunities for young people – because innovation begins with enthusiasm!
