Course description

The "Video Editing for Digital Marketing" course provides practical instruction on creating and editing video content using the free professional software DaVinci Resolve . Participants will learn how to optimize videos specifically for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok —from raw footage to exported clips.

A special focus is placed on practical implementation : Individual projects are implemented and analyzed directly in the course. This creates usable content for real-life campaigns or personal presentations.

Course content

• Introduction to the user interface & tools of DaVinci Resolve
• Basics of cutting techniques & editing functions
• Color correction & look design with “Color Correction”
• Use of visual effects, transitions & text animations
• Export optimization for social media platforms
• AI-supported editing tools (e.g. auto-cut, transcription, text recognition)
